"Church is a gift, a visitation, an intrusion of the Living Christ standing among us."  What a wonderful description of "church" this is, from William Willimon, theologian and bishop of the United Methodist Church!

Jesus is always standing among us, even when we are not gathered in the same worship space.  He is not limited by space, or barriers, or time, as the disciples found out when he appeared to them in the locked room, bringing peace with him.

The Lord is risen, indeed!  Alleluia!!
